Is the Baptism in the Holy Spirit for everyone, or is this experience for "special people?" Jesus said the Holy Spirit would manifest Himself in three specific ways: "with or alongside" you, "in you," and "come upon you."The latter is baptism or immersion in the Holy Spirit, which would come with the evidence of speaking in tongues.

Some Christian denominations have rejected Baptism in the Holy Spirit, but this spiritual experience still occurs in Believers' lives in the same way as in the earlier church. In this session, we will lay a scriptural foundation for this doctrine.

Acts 10 is the first recording of a Gentile receiving the Baptism in the Holy Spirit. Peter and the men with him were amazed when Cornelius and his household began to speak in tongues when the Holy Spirit came upon them.
